Yes, absolutely. We can support you no matter your level of readiness:

  • If you don’t have a full kitchen, we can deliver freshly cooked meals daily from our central kitchen.
  • If you’d like to build or upgrade your in-house facility, we also help design, fit-out, and manage staff kitchens or pantries, ensuring they meet both operational and compliance standards.

This way, you can start immediately with meal delivery and scale up to a full canteen setup when you’re ready

Food safety is our top priority. We adhere strictly to Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations, conduct regular hygiene audits, and train our staff in best practices. All meals are prepared in certified kitchens with strict quality control.

We can usually start within 2–4 weeks after confirmation, depending on the scope of services. For event catering, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance (or earlier for large-scale events) to secure your preferred date. For staff canteen management, we work with you on a timeline that includes menu planning, staff deployment, and any setup required.

We typically bill canteen management contracts on a monthly cycle, with flexible payment terms available for corporate clients. For event catering, invoices are issued after the event. Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayNow, or cheque.

Yes. For corporate canteen management, we can arrange food tasting session so you can evaluate our food quality and service before committing long-term.
